Les PaschallChief Executive Officer
As the CEO, Les Paschall brings over 20 years of creative leadership experience in the development, management, and coordination of cost-effective health care services in five major health provider venues. He has championed new models of need-based healthcare services for large hospital systems, state health, and education systems, as well as serving as an advisor to the Governor’s Task Force on Mental Health. He is adept at reviewing various systems crossing the private and public sector while successfully creating solutions to their common goals. He also brings business acumen to CFG, which was recognized in business publications as one of the top 25 fastest growing businesses in New Jersey.
Geoffrey Boyce Executive Director of InSight Telepsychiatry LLC
Joining the CFG Health Network in 2008, Geoffrey Boyce has lead the company's expansion into new states, having surveyed, researched, and ranked each state for its acceptance of telepsychiatry based on regulation and reimbursement. Further, Boyce focuses on the creation of partnerships that add value and bring mutual benefit while customizing systems and procedures to implement and support new applications for telepsychiatry. George Jones, MBAOperations Manager, Telemedicine
George Jones has a broad experience and knowledge of healthcare administration, ambulatory practice operations, customer service and financial management. His 14 years of progressive healthcare leadership experience includes a position of director/manager of multi-site ambulatory practice operations as well as budget manager for pediatric practices. He is responsible for the day-to-day operations of telepsychiatry programs ensuring quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Access Center Director
Dena Ferrell joined the CFG Health Network in 2007 as an intake coordinator. In 2009 she was promoted to the director of the Access Center. InSight's Access Center is the nucleus of all of operations and under Ferrell's direction it facilitates, monitors, and documents every InSight interaction. Ferrell has her BA in Psychology, and worked for 13 years as a Certified Mental Health Screener. Along with her knack for organization and management, Ferrell brings to the table over 20 years of experience in mental health.
Director of Medical Affairs
Joining the CFG Heath Network in 2004, Michelle Werkheiser serves as the Director of Medical Affairs for the Center for Family Guidance, PC. Werkhesier has 23 total years of experience in healthcare. Through coordination with partners and healthcare network staff, Werkheiser plays an integral role in keeping operations running smoothly. Werkheiser oversees credentialing/privileging, licensing and staffing, and ensures that InSight's team is highly qualified and compliant with the highest of healthcare standards.

Account Executive
As an Account Executive with InSight Telepsychiatry, Branden Robinson brings over 6 years of outside sales experience to our team. Early in his career he had success marketing new products to the mailing industry. After growing his regional market in the mailing industry, he moved on to work for a Fortune 200 company in the healthcare field. Robinson ascended to the top of the company in sales by focusing on the sale from his customer’s perspective and truly became a resource for them. After reaching the top 4% in the sales division, he became part of InSight Telepsychiatry. A stranger to no one, Robinson quickly established relationships that are always beneficial to his customers. He believes that you can always add value to your prospects even if they are not purchasing from you.
Dan KhebzouAccount Executive
As an Account Executive with InSight Telepsychiatry, Dan Khebzou brings over 4 years of outside sales and marketing experience to our team. Previously in his career he had success in the Health Insurance industry helping organizations and individuals find health benefit options to fit their needs. Since joining InSight, Khebzou has been primarily involved with business development but has also worked on marketing initiatives, research and strategy development, and CRM System design and management. He believes integrity and a high level of customer service is the key to building and maintaining effective relationships. ![]() Scott Baker

As the New Markets Developer for Insight Telepsychiatry, Scott Baker focuses on extending established relationships into new arenas, and building partnerships in additional geographies. Baker draws from more than 8 years of health care experience across multiple medical disciplines, in both private practices and public institutions. His success has come from a dedication to understanding the purpose and process of a customer’s business, and then tailoring his approach to maximize value for each customer. Baker firmly believes that transparency, honesty, and integrity, rather than reactive sales, are what adds value to partnerships.
David SwanstromAccount Executive
As an Account Executive with InSight Telepsychiatry, Dave Swanstrom brings over 20+ years of sales and marketing experience to InSight's team. Prior to joining the company he held numerous positions from direct sales to sales and marketing leadership roles in large technology, information services and business services companies. He believes in providing a valued based solution, high level customer service, and delivering on commitments are keys to long term customer relationships and satisfaction.

Account Executive Damon Gard has over 10 years experience working within healthcare sales. He began his career working in the field of pharmaceutical sales before transitioning into the medical device field where he gained experience selling into the specialized markets of orthopedic trauma and orthopedic total joint reconstruction. During the course of Gard’s career he has held positions working in account sales, sales training, and product management. In addition, he has earned professional certifications in the areas of targeted selection and sales training.
