Telepsychiatry for Reintegration Support ProgramsInsight Telepsychiatry can benefit reintegration support programs by providing access to a wide array of psychiatric specialists without having to pay for travel to and from correctional facilities. In certain remote or rural locations various specialists may not even be available. For Pre-Parole, Probation and Court Ordered Evaluations, there is a critical need for accurate evaluations and diagnoses. Using Insight’s Telepsychiatry services timely and accurate evaluations can be provided by the appropriate specialists, and they can be provided as cost effectively as possible.
Our telepsychiatry services can also include more general telemental health services and can be performed by other levels of behavioral health specialists including nurse practitioners, clinical psychologists, social workers, counselors, and therapists. All of our professionals can be used to support Pre-Parole programs, Probation, reintegration support programs, and to perform court ordered evaluations.
