InSight‘s company culture embraces Performance Improvement (PI) and presently achieves their quality improvement measures through clinical chart reviews and customer satisfaction surveys completed by its customers. Additionally, InSight documents, tracks and analyzes data related to call volumes, frequency, and distribution, which enables us to adjust our schedule and staffing requirements to meet the demands of our customers. Standardized policies and procedures have been created, and benchmarking against peers has been established as one of the segments in the company’s PI system. InSight also maintains a regularly convening PI Committee that is run cooperatively by the Executive Director and the Medical Director with the assistance of the PI coordinator. Membership of the PI committee rotates and includes members from all levels of the organization.
