Technology made simple - that is our motto. InSight has invested in cutting
edge technology which is not only industry recognized, but also consistently updated
and improved to ensure the best possible service available. You will not have to
deal with big and bulky equipment with lots of wires to trip over. We utilize a
monitor (ranging between 20-27 inches), camera, microphone and remote, which could
all easily fit in a small corner of an office or cabinet. We even have the technology
to place the system on an IV pole in an ER for ease & mobility.
System implementation is quick and painless: move in a monitor, camera, and microphone
and plug in a cable and you are done. Once the equipment is installed, with the
click of a button on the remote, you are immediately connected to the psychiatrist
in no time at all. We use IP (internet) lines to transmit real time audio and video;
however, our system has been created to also identify and convert to an ISDN system.
All physician and client site contact information is pre-programmed into the system,
so all you need to do is pick up the remote, select who you are connecting with
via the address book listed and you are engaged in a telepsychiatric consultation.
InSight provides technology training and orientation for all users. We have also
developed quality relationships with our vendors that ultimately enable us to provide
first rate customer service, having someone readily available and onsite to provide
system maintenance whenever needed.
